1.     Unprocessed Deals and Listings

 

 

The purpose of these 2 indicators is to manage your deal and listing sheets entered on the WEB, click on the blue number beside the name to view the list

 

·          You can see basic information in the list such as

o    Property

o    MLS #

o    List/Sale Price

o    List/Sale Date

o    Submitted date.

·          Submitted date is the date you have submitted the online listing/deal sheet for processing by the brokerage

o    If the date is older than a few days, you should be double checking with your brokerage staff as to why it is not processed

·          Once the listing/deal is process by your brokerage staff, the listing will move to your Active Listings indicator or the deal will move to either Conditional Deals or Final Deals not Paid In indicators

 

 

2.     Active listings

 

 

The purpose of this list is to manage your Active Listings, click on the blue number beside the name to view the list

·          You will see a list of listings that are waiting to be sold, or have a conditional deal attached to it

o    When the deal becomes firm the listing will be removed from this list.

o    If you need to view a listing and it is not on your list please use the listing finder

·          To view the Listing

o    Click on the blue deal number or reference link

·          To add any files or add manage notes/tasks

3.    Conditional deals

 

 

The purpose of this indicator is to manage your deals with outstanding conditions, click on the blue number beside the name to view the list

·          You will see a list of deals that have one or more conditions that need to be completed

·          The list is sorted by Last condition removal date

o    Meaning if there are outstanding conditions the date that appears on this list is the date of the last condition that needs to be completed or the date of the condition that is furthest out

·          To view the deal

o    Click on the blue deal number or reference link

·          To add condition removals/any files or add or manage notes/tasks

4.     Final deals not paid in

 

 

The purpose of this indicator is to manage your deals with that have not paid in, click on the blue number beside the name to view the list

·          You will see a list of deals that have outstanding commissions that need to be paid

·          The list is sorted by Possession/Estimated completion date

o    Meaning the deal with the soonest Possession/Estimated completion date will always be on top

·          To view the deal

o    Click on the blue deal number or reference link

·          To add any files or add manage notes/tasks
